About
I’m a Lead Product Designer working on complex, regulated products.
I design for moments where trust matters: when money is involved, when actions are irreversible, or when someone feels uncertain about what might happen next.
I care about clarity, not just simplicity. Sometimes the responsible choice isn’t removing friction, but adding it on purpose.
Much of my work sits at the intersection of user behaviour, operational constraints, compliance requirements, and business risk. That is something I’m comfortable navigating.
I think beyond screens into systems, incentives, and edge cases, and enjoy partnering closely with product and engineering to make trade-offs explicit.
I’m increasingly focused on financial products and services, where design decisions influence not just usability, but trust, behaviour, and long-term relationships.
Outside of my core role, I lead the PD Ladies podcast — a London-based community spotlighting women in product design. Through it, I host conversations on craft, leadership, and responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI.
